Allie Buck is a yoga teacher dedicated to nourishing movement, myofascial release, and mindful self-care. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Bozeman Center for the Healing Arts and is a certified Roll Model Method Practitioner and MELT Hand & Foot Instructor.
Allie specializes in creating personalized practices that support each individual’s needs while cultivating healthy movement patterns in a safe, welcoming environment. Her classes weave together mindful breathing, somatic movement, and self-massage techniques using therapeutic tools to help students reduce stress, release tension, and move through life with greater ease.
Her approach is informed by the work of Tom Myers and Anatomy Trains, Sarah Warren’s Pain Relief Secret, and Rewild Breathwork. Through these influences, Allie offers practices that encourage greater body awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to the body.
Whether you’re looking to ease tension, reconnect with your body, or cultivate more mindful self-care, Allie invites you to slow down and listen inward. Her practices offer space to soften, breathe, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the body and the world around us—creating a grounded place to rest, restore, and move with greater ease.
